2-3 Tbs Turmeric Powder
4 - 5 Tbs water
Milk and Spices:
1 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Ground Cardamom
1 Tbs Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Coconut Oil Honey (Stevia or Rice Syrup) to taste
