The summer months and early fall are so busy, filled with family, fun and fire. Fall is the perfect time to settle in, and give back to yourself. This is your invitation to welcome yourself back into a routine of self care. This retreat will help you discover what grounds you, what brings you into balance and fills your well, so that you can feel supported and ready to show up as your best self every day.

This online retreat can be done any time, during your work week, or over a weekend. You can complete this retreat anywhere in the world with a wifi or data streaming connection.
This retreat is designed for you. Back To You is created for parents, travelers, workers of 9 - 5 jobs, dreamers, artists, students, digital nomads, lifelong learners, first time yogis and seasoned practitioners. This retreat is for everyone and anyone who is willing to do the work to feel their best. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
