This practice is for when you’re feeling restless, scattered or want to stabilize stress. Use this when your creativity needs direction. Vata balancing is especially important in cooler weather seasons, but also great any time of year after travel, a move, managing lots of different tasks or anything that leaves you feeling unsettled.

This class is for wherever you are on the path from surviving to thriving. Move through whatever is real for you right now and give yourself permission to be in a space of pause if needed while looking for sings you’re ready for more. Peak pose: bird of paradise

Rasa - The Flavors of life

A flavorful flow, building up to a few different arm balance variations. Squeeze the juice (rasa) out of your experience and connect with your own inner essence.

A soothing vinyasa style class to stretch, open and take the edge off so things don’t seem as sharp, rigid and unmanageable.

Sweat & Surrender

A half and half practice - vigorous flow followed by restorative with the theme of sustained practice and softening around your goals.

Wonder vs worry

A 60 minutes vinyasa class peaking to naturajasana and eka pada raja kapotasana (dancer and king pigeon) with the intention of flipping your story from “what if” to wonder. (I’m up at the screen a lot in this class with not a lot of asana visual - just a heads up!)

Elemental Flow

Move through a practice to embody and balance the 5 elements of air, space, fire, water and earth. 60 min.

REINVENTION

A 60 minute flow encouraging self expression and change with a peak pose of Eka Pada Koundinyasana.
